About Hannah...

Hello, I'm Hannah Goodare (formerly Godfrey until I married my soulmate).I've had my fair share of questionable relationships before meeting my husband, Dan, and I look forward to sharing those stories in my blogs and podcasts.

Over my 34 years, I've dealt with anxiety, dyslexia, undiagnosed ADHD and faced some tough moments, but I'm here to share my journey as a Master's degree-qualified Psychotherapist, wife, a mother to Alfie (who's 2), a stepmum to Franky (who's 9), and the daughter of two wonderful parents, along with stories about Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE).

Life is not easy but I will walk the road with anyone who needs me. It's time to Get Real about what you and your family need!

I knew I didn't feel 100%

I just didn't know why.

I want to help as many people as I can.

The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Mental Health Services in the NHS are currently facing significant strain due to increasing demand and limited resources. Long waiting times and inadequate support, hindering timely intervention, leaving many people without the essential care they need. This situation calls for urgent attention and reform.

The collaboration between dedicated NHS workers and private counsellors is essential in restoring mental health in a post-COVID world.

Many people, children in particular fall through the gaps in the system, missing out on vital mental health support. Accessible, real counselling services can bridge this gap, providing essential guidance and understanding.
